Financial Policies

• We will be collecting your estimated patient portion for your visit the day you are seen, and we prefer credit or debit cards whenever possible in order to limit our staff handling cash or checks.

• We are instituting a temporary PPE fee of $10 for each visit to the office. Our goal is to be able to continue delivering you excellent oral healthcare, which is fundamental to your general health. We also want to remain viable as a small business in order to keep serving you! We need to protect you and our staff with extra measures, including extra time for appointments and extra personal protective equipment (PPE). Some insurances cover this fee, as they recognize the challenge this presents. If yours does not, we recommend you contact your insurance company or HR department and advocate for better patient safety and care. We are working hard to advocate for you as well! Lastly, if this fee will truly cause you an undue hardship and prevent you from being able to see us, please let us know - your access to dental care is a core value of ours.
