Updated Appointment Instructions

Same great family, a slightly different routine

• When you arrive for your appointment, park and remain in your car and please text us your name at (425) 686-9356 to check in.

• You must have a mask to enter our office. We are conserving hard-to-get PPE for our dedicated staff family.

• When we are ready for your we will call you and ask you to meet us at the front entrance door where you will be greeted by the amazing hygienist or assistant working with you that day.

• This team member will take you to our hand sanitizing station, ask you some symptom screening questions, and take your temperature. These questions are meant to make sure we’re keeping everyone in the family safe!

• We prefer that ONLY the patient that is being treated enter our office, but if a parent/guardian would prefer to accompany the patient we request that is only one individual. We ask that absolutely no other family members or friends enter our office. We also ask that ONLY patients come back in to the clinic areas except if absolutely necessary

• Please note bathrooms will be used only as needed, so we ask that all patients brush and floss their teeth at home before their visit.
