Appointment Rescheduling

We will begin rescheduling patients for care based on the urgency of their treatment needs first, and will also consider the date of their original appointment. We believe this is fair, efficient, and will serve everyone to begin resuming their dental treatment. We will be decreasing our daily patient appointment load by 1/3 to 1/2 to ensure social distancing for our initial reopening period.

To reschedule existing appointments

  • We will be contacting you if your appointment needs to be rescheduled. We truly appreciate your flexibility in scheduling to make sure you can be seen as soon as possible.

  • Some appointment times may need to be moved up or down by 10-30 minutes to accommodate social distancing. We have a very accurate and comprehensive list of every appointment cancelled. We will continue to confirm appointments via text, call, or email.
