Our Staff

Paula was born in Redding, California and moved to Washington State at the age of 11. She attended Cascade High School and obtained an A.A.S. degree from Everett Community College.

Paula worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Kellogg for 19 years and now works as the front desk receptionist and treatment plan coordinator. She is married to her husband Ted and together they have three kids; Thomas, Kurtis, and Katie. She is a Leo and would describe herself as loyal, charitable, and majestic.

One of her favorite aspects of working for Silver Lake Dental Arts is having long-term relationships with patients. She’s witnessed several patients start out as young adults and then come back with their own children.

Kimi has been in the dental practice for 40 years and has worked with Silver Lake Dental Arts since 1996. She is the treatment plan coordinator and loves to make patients feel comfortable and calm during their visit.

Kimi grew up in Marysville and Everett. She has two beautiful granddaughters, Olivia and Georgia, who she loves to spend her time with.

Her life philosophy is to always help those in need and she prides herself on all the relationships she’s established in the office. She feels that when patients come in it feels more like a social visit rather than a regular check up.

A Washington native, Stephanie attended school in Shoreline and Lake Washington to pursue a career in dentistry after early exposure to the dental world by going with her mom to work at a young age. Now, after working in the practice, she most enjoys helping patients feel calm and comfortable. She knows she has done her job well when patients request to see her or they tell her how much they enjoyed their cleaning. When not at work, she enjoys time with family, especially with her husband and dog Zoe. Chips and dip are her favorite indulgence.

Born and raised in the Midwest, Debbie developed an interest in her profession after working in a dental office in high school. She has now worked with Dr. Kellogg and Dr. Johnson since 1992! She loves it the most when patients say that their work has really helped them. Her favorite indulgence is Hawaii, and she loves spending time with her dogs, friends, and husband.

Missi was raised in California but did her studies here at Shoreline Community College. She and her husband, Ben, met while on a mission trip to Peru where they were providing dental hygiene care. Together they enjoy camping and hiking. Missi also enjoys sewing and reading.

Missi has been with our clinic since 2013 but started in the dental field in 2003. She enjoys the personal relationship with patients while seeing their care through from beginning to end.

Tonya has worked for Silver Lake since 2003. She most enjoys the appreciation that patients express for the work she has done to improve their smile or ease their discomfort. Her favorite sweet indulgence is chocolate, she loves a good joke or funny movie, and she enjoys spending time with good friends and family.

DeAnn has been with Silver Lake Dental Arts for three months now and has been in the dental practice for 16 years. She is a dental assistant and enjoys building relationships with patients. She is extremely dependable and loyal to those that are close to her.

She has two children, Jasmine and Kory and a soon-to-be stepdaughter, Haven. She enjoys camping and outdoor sports and spending time with her kiddos who always make her smile and laugh.

One aspect DeAnn loves about dentistry is that it is always changing with the advances of technology and new information so it makes it exciting to learn the latest techniques and strategies.

Sarah is originally from northern California but before she started with our office in 2013 she worked with the US Army stationed in Germany. She assisted an endodontist who help repair teeth for soldiers who need to return to the field. Sarah has been in dentistry since 2004.

Growing up Sarah competed in swim and remembers all the Saturdays she spent at swim meets. In particular she remembers the meet when her grandfather, who reffed the meets, disqualified her. Sarah also remembers housecleaning with her grandmother – singing out loud with the music blasting.

Katie was born and raised in Washington. She was influenced by her partner to achieve her goal of becoming a Dental Assistant. Katie studied at Everest College and joined our team. But she was no stranger to our practice – Dr. Kellogg has been her dentist since the age of 3! It is important for Katie to show her patients the same comfort and care that she experience as a patient. Katie enjoys spending time with her family and being an aunt to her seven nieces and nephews. She can’t wait to have children of her own someday.

Katelin has been with our office since July 2010. She grew up in Arlington and is currently attending Skagit Valley College. She loves children and enjoys working with them. Cleaning children’s teeth is a lot of fun.
