Financial
An added service that we are happy to provide to you as our patient is the summiting of your claims to your insurance provider. It is vital you remember your insurance is an agreement between you and the insurance company. Ultimately you are responsible for payment of provided services. Payment is expected at time of treatment unless previous arrangements have been made with our office staff. For your benefit we offer a cash discount when payment is made in full. And a 10% senior discount. Discounts can not be combined.
